Submit regular reports to the branch or regional office. Update CRM systems or logbooks as per company policy. Customer Relationship Management Provide after-sales support and address client complaints or concerns. Promote repeat loans and cross-sell other financial products (e.g., insurance, savings schemes). Build a positive image of the microfinance institution in the community. Compliance & Ethics Ensure adherence to company policies, local laws, and ethical standards. Respect client confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data responsibly.
